Welcome to the "Download Mp3 Music" privacy policy.
This document is meant to help you understand what data we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

As you already know, our application helps you to find music withing Jamendo collection and, in addition you are able to preview those music, and to download it onto your device, if required, to listen oflline later. So, from the very application purpose we can derive few absolutely required permissions:
android.permission.INTERNET - required to make requests to remote servers, including Jamendo hosts.
android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE & android.permission.ACCESS_WIFI_STATE - we use these permission to handle music download process (for both 3g and wifi). We do not use android default download manager, instead, for downloading we utilize our own, multythreaded, fast, and robust engine, which have to constantly monitor network state, in order to deliver required file on your device without any interruptions and breaks.
android.permission.WAKE_LOCK - already mentioned downloader utilizes this permission as well. It prevents your device from sleeping while download process is running. Do not worry, we handle all related processes correctly, and make your phone able to sleep again immediately after download process finished (success or failed).
android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE - this one is to write downloaded music files to your sd card or phone memory.
android.permission.READ_PHONE_STATE - this permission is for proper music preview. We provide embedded player withing our app, and, for better user experience, player must be quiet when incoming call takes place. 

It is not a secret, that our application is free, the only way to monetize it, is embedded advertisement. So next permissions are for advertisers:
android.permission.ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION & android.permission.ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION - in order to provide you with the best user experience and to show you the most relevant advertising, we need to have your location data. Actually, application itself do not interested in your location and do not request it. It is only needed for advertisers, to make a decision about what banner to show you. 

Two more permissions:
android.permission.RECORD_AUDIO - we use it to provide you with voice search along with the regular search field.

android.permission.WRITE_SETTINGS - we decided to add this permission after reading a post on a stackoverflow, about fixing security exceptions on mediaplayer setDataSource(). Wery rarely, on ocasional android devices, application crashed during music preview. Adding this permission elliminated bug completely. We do not use it for other purposes.

Advertisement in Application:

We use advertisements in our applications. There could be errors in the programming and sometime programming errors may cause unwanted side effects.

How we use Collected Information:

We may use your information only for serving you better as below:

• To help develop our service- We may use Non- Personal Information to provide, maintain, improve and develop our services;
• To personalize user experience;
• We may collect your non-personal information and use them for market and promotion purpose, for example, we may promote or recommend more relevant apps to you.

We use this information to operate, maintain, and provide to you the features and functionality of our Apps, as well as to communicate directly with you, such as to send you email messages and push notifications. We may also send you Service-related emails or messages (e.g., account verification, order confirmations, change or updates to features of our apps, technical and security notices).

How your Information may be Disclosed:

• Personal Information. We do not store Personal Information and therefore we do not disclose your Personal Information.
• Non-Personal Information. We do not combine Non-Personal Information with Personal Information (such as combining your name with your unique User Device number).
• We may disclose your non-personal information for promotion purpose to our trusted partners who shall comply with this privacy policy and the relevant privacy laws.

Sensitive Information:

We ask that you not send us, and you not to disclose, any sensitive Personal Information (e.g., information related to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religion or other beliefs, health, sexual orientation, criminal background or membership in past organizations, including trade union memberships) on or through an Application, the Services or the Site or otherwise to us.
